Outsourcing

In my opinion, the outsourcing method that makes the most sense is having a single vendor. When dealing with multiple vendors, even though they may be the best in their respective fields, there are going to be issues with organizing who is in charge of what problem where. Confusing, right? Instead, by dealing with on entity, a single line of communication can be established, thus creating more transparency.

  1. I agree with you here. I think that trying to outsource with multiple vendors can complicate the business processes too much and confuse the consumers. Multiple vendors can sometimes cause for a single purchase or process to go through every vendor to where the initial process takes too long. Where when a company outsources all its non-core process to one company they can all be solved much quicker. This is where a company like Cisco comes in and can solve all those problems.
